People Over Paperweights

You may notice a lack of shiny sales awards or “Top Producer” banners on this website and my social media. It isn’t because they don’t exist, if you are a fellow professional looking for those metrics, you can find them on my Royal LePage corporate profile.

While those awards serve as an internal industry benchmark, they aren’t the reason I get out of bed in the morning. I don’t believe my value to you is measured by a ranking or a trophy. I do this work because it gives me the platform to help people navigate some of the most significant moments of their lives while contributing to the strength of our community. This website isn’t meant to be a gallery of past accolades; it is a resource to connect you to Guelph and to help you understand the person you are hiring to protect your interests.

A Note on Privacy and Discretion

Many of the individuals I work with, individuals that appreciate discretion, including seniors transitioning to new stages of life, and families in sensitive situations, deeply value their privacy. I respect that implicitly.

I have never believed in “chasing” a client for a review or pestering you for a quote to put on a billboard. Your home sale or purchase is a private matter, not a marketing tool. I find that the strongest endorsements aren’t found in a scripted blurb, but in the quiet referrals to friends and neighbours, or the postcards we exchange from our latest travels.
