February 2026 Market Report
Navigating a Shifting Market

The Bennett Perspective: Relationships Over Commissions
In a market with more choices, the right insight makes all the difference. My commitment to Guelph isn’t just professional; it’s personal. Whether I’m advocating for supply-chain improvements in local housing or contributing to the United Way’s Housing Security efforts, I believe in prioritizing people and long-term relationships.
My family’s history is woven into this city, from the land that became Bennett Avenue to my father’s legacy with Young Robertson and Company. I’m here to offer more than just a listing; I’m here to be your local ambassador.
Curious about how these February trends impact your specific neighbourhood?
I’m always happy to share a travel adventure story over coffee and discuss what these insights mean for your real estate goals.
